Quality Set Of Six Solid Mahogany Regency Antique Dining Chairs

This Quality Set Of Six Solid Mahogany Regency Antique Dining Chairs are constructed from the finest quality mahogany timbers and date from the Regency period circa, 1820. This Exquisite set of Dining Chairs have unusual curved moulded backs with reeded sides. The back legs are splayed whilst the front legs are tapered. There is also a H cross stretcher for added stability making these quality chairs wonderfully solid and sturdy. They have recently been upholstered with a neutral coloured fabric so would fit in with any decor. The Mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
