Here are a charming matching set of six Victorian dining chairs, of good quality.

C1890.

Made of oak with lots of charm and character, in the 17th century style.

The chair backs and seats are caned, with very pretty carved splats, having fruiting vines and ornately carved top rail , with elegant turned finials and barley twist uprights.

The colour is a rich medium oak.

The condition to the chairs frames is very good, very strong and sturdy, and in good order. The caning to three of the seat backs shows signs of wear and use. Two are fairly minor, one is not so minor, shown in the pictures. The caned seats are in very good condition.
