The backs of the chairs are chamfered; this is a sign of top quality. This is a true set of chairs (they have not been matched together) and they are extremely comfortable. The frames of the chairs feature a rich dark mahogany colour. As they boast the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and the years of care and cleaning they have received.

This set of chairs is in excellent condition. This is a true set of chairs (they have not been matched together). The seats have been newly upholstered in top quality taupe shade wool & cotton upholstery. The seats are firm but extremely comfortable. The chairs are heavy in weight, which is a good sign of quality. As this set of chairs retains its original polish, it ensures there is an excellent colour and patination to the timber. This colour can only be found in furniture with its original polish; it cannot be recreated with new polish. All chairs are solid in joint (not loose or wobbly) and ready to use.
