Large Victorian Gilt Overmantle Wall Mirror

Description

This is an imposing large Victorian overmantle or wall mirror with a beautiful acanthus leaf moulding to the the swept frame which retains its original gilt finish and has a lovely deep colour. The mirror glass is in lovely clean condition with no blemishes. This has its original substantial brass hanging brackets to accommodate the weight of the piece. The mirror is a grand size measuring 38" high by 4 feet in width but could be hung either way up.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
