Set of Eight Ash & Beech Wheelback Windsor Chairs

A good set of eight ash & beech wheelback windsor chairs with cabriole leg.

This set comprises of two carver and six single chairs to match.

The backs and legs are made of beech and the seats are ash.

The front legs are of cabriole design, the back legs turned, supported with a crinoline stretcher.

These were a model made by the High Wycombe company 'The Thomas Glenister Company' - example can be found in 'Windsor Chairs' by Michael Harding-Hill page 140.

These chairs are all in very good and stable condition and have been re-polished and can go straight into a home.
