Stunning Quality set of Six William IV Mahogany Antique Balloon Back Chairs

Dating from ca. 1835 this Stunning Quality set of 6 William IV Mahogany Antique Balloon Back Chairs have been built by a true craftsman, using the finest quality mahogany timbers and featuring fine detailing. They have shaped balloon backs with beautiful, elegant carved bar back supports. The chairs stand on splayed back legs and have fine turned front legs with tulip design carvings. The drop in seats have been recently upholstered so are in very good condition and the chairs have aged to a rich mahogany shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
