Miles Griffiths Antiques Ltd has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
This is a fabulous, mid 19th century antique mirror, the pine frame is so decorative with deep and well executed, hand carved foliage and having traces left of the original worn gesso, this gives the mirror a lovely finish.
The later mirror plate is in very clean condition and the back is good and solid.
This carved pine and gesso antique mirror can be hung both portrait and landscape ways.
In great condition, a good impressive size, now in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms.
