The chair features a metal plate stamped “Cole Brothers Upholsterers in Sheffield, England” on the underside of the seat. The threaded central rod and screw under the seat is stamped “Patented in GB & US”. The chair features an elegant shaped splayed fine fan back, “s” shaped arms and a contoured saddle seat. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
