Description

A pair of late 19th century French beech wood fauteuils of comfortable proportions in Louis XV style circa 1890.

The chairs have carved cartouche shaped upholstered backs and upholstered sprung serpentine shaped seats. They stand on cabriole shaped legs.

The upholstery is French peacock blue cut velvet in good sound condition but would benefit from dry cleaning.

Measurements are as follows:-
