The armchair mechanism is stamped “W.B.E. Hillcrest” and the underside of the seat is stamped “Archer Productions”. The armchair features a newly upholstered high quality green padded leather seat with brass seat studwork to the perimeter. The armchair has elegant shaped arms and a fan back, elegant splayed mahogany legs and the original castors. The chair rotates 360 degrees and has a reclining action. The chair has a fixed height. As the chair features its original polish, the chair boasts a rich colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. The chair is very comfortable, has a fantastic colour and is in very good condition.

The chair is in very good condition; it has the original mechanism, leather and castors. The arms, frame and seat are completely solid. The padded chair seat has been newly upholstered in high quality real green leather. This chair reclines on a sprung mechanism. There is some movement in the mechanism (the chair rocks slightly) but this is to be expected for an original mechanism of this age. The seat is fixed at a standard height and revolves 360 degrees. There are no breaks to the arms or legs. The chair sits on its original castors. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
