FINE period 18th century Gothic design Chippendale mahogany side or hand chair. Square front legs with shaped front, the legs united by the original stretchers. Wonderful design Gothic pierced and carved back and top rail. The design right out of the Chippendale directory.

Good quality mahogany used throughout, no damage or repairs to the back.

Lovely colour and patination from years of waxing.

SIZE; 22" across the front, 38" high overall. 18" from front to back.
