Here we have a fine pair of French carved Giltwood Fauteuils c1920. As you can see the chairs have fantastic colour and patina. These chairs direct from a large country Essex house have wonderful decorative appeal. The carving is well executed and the upholstery particularly grand and and oppulent. The price is for the chairs only however you could get the complete look which includes an oil painting signed and dated 1942, a pair of Victorian bronze picture frames c1886, a Victorian alabaster placque and an Italian carved giltwood console or hall table c1920 for a ticket price of £1950. A wonderful pair of statement chairs in great retail condition ready for your home.
