Pair of Early 20th Century French Louis Style Decorative Armchairs

1900 - 1920
Description

These French armchairs were made some time in the early part of the 20th century.

They stand strong and robust and are in good condition. The upholstery probably needs replacing .

The gilded wooden frames are nicely distressed with signs of the wood coming through. If covered in a more neutral fabric they would be stunning.

The chairs measure 46 ins high from floor to top of back and are 29 ins wide at the bottom of the foot.
