Compared with many desk chairs of this period, this late 19th century oak revolving example is of superior quality, design and shape.

The mechanism is in good condition.

Professionally and sensitively restored.

The oak frame retains a pleasing surface and colour indicative of its age.

The old brown leather covering to the seat complements the timber, is well shaped and in excellent condition.

The original castors are well engineered and are in good condition.
