English Antique Oak Overmantle Mirror

Description

Large English Antique Oak Overmantle Mirror.

A superb quality, English antique oak mirror with a mass of architectural elements.

In solid antique oak, this huge antique over mantle mirror is very impressive, complete with a mercury plate glass mirror which is in good, clear condition.

The gilt slip is original and adds yet another detail along with chunky dental moulding and carved decorations.

In superb condition, the oak colour being rich and original.

English. Circa: 1880.

Height: 141cm (55.51")

Width: 183cm (72.05")

Depth: 16.5cm (6.5")

Additional Information: The depth is at the top of the cornice. 162cm wide at the centre of the mirror.
