Fine Quality, Set of Six, Regency Mahogany Antique Dining Chairs.

Dating from around 1830 in the Regency period, these fine mahogany dining chairs come as a set of six. They have curved bar backs with moulded edges, splayed back legs and beautifully turned front legs. They have been recently upholstered in a neutral fabric with matching braid trim. This delightful quality set are very sturdy and good for everyday use, only one having an old small repair. They are a rich medium shade of mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, are in very good condition and have been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
