The chairs are constructed of solid rosewood and features very pretty carved scroll arms and high shaped backs. Below, the chairs stand on stunning intricately Rococo shaped rosewood connected stretchers. The chairs have been freshly upholstered in a stunning satin taupe colour with a diamond stitched pattern on brocade upholstery. The upholstery is finished off with the cream braiding and brass studs to the frame. The undersides of the chair feature a traditional hessian covering. The chairs are firmly sprung so that you do not sink into the seats but at the same time, they are extremely comfortable.

Condition Report:
These chairs are in excellent condition and feature fresh upholstery. There are no tears, rips, marks or fading to the upholstery. Please note, any spots visible on the photos of the chairs, is due to dust on the camera lens and not actual marks on the upholstery! There has been a very old repair to one of the arm joints a long time ago and the arm is solid. The arms are solid and there are no lose movements. There are no breaks or damage to the chair legs. The chairs sit firm on the ground and do not wobble. Free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
