Pair of Victorian Ash Side Chairs

Description

Circa 1870, pair of Victorian ash side chairs, with the classic balloon back shape, the splat with carvings at both ends. The chairs have a stuff over seat and a simple apron below. The front legs are turned and tapering, finishing on an elegant long foot. The back legs are rounded and finish with a sweep. Very stylish.
