Original Antique Howard & Sons Armchair

Description

Original Antique Howard & Sons Armchair.

This antique armchair dates from around 1880 and was made by the well known quality makers, Howard & Sons of London.

Newly re-upholstered and buttoned in a re-printed Howard & Sons fabric and with a loose seat cushion.

In excellent clean condition with all the traditonally upholstered innards being intact and firm.

One back leg is stamped by the makers along with serial numbers.

All the brass castors are original too.

A very comfortable antique Howard & Sons armchair, now in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms in Clitheroe, Lancashire.

Width: 76cm (29.92")

Depth: 69cm (27.17")

Additional Information: The seat is 45cm high.
