English Country House Antique Armchair.

This is such a comfortable and generously sized antique armchair, sourced from its original home, Trewhitt Hall in Northumberland.

The armchair has retained a label with its original address.

Ready for reupholstery, this antique armchair dates from around 1880-90 and it features square and tapering, walnut front legs, original castors and shapely side rails.

All the traditionally upholstered innards are intact and good order.

This antique Armcahir is now in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms in Lancashire.
