Early Georgian Antique Oak Stand Chair.

This is a handsome, English antique oak stand chair that dates from the Early Georgian period around 1740-50.

This period oak antique stand chair has a raised panel back with a solid panel framed seat.

The top rail is shaped with a turned front rail below the seat.

The oak colour is very good and is totally original.

All pegged constuction and very stable and sturdy.

A great, tall, period oak antique stand chair, perfect for an impressive entrance chair in a hallway or maybe by the side of a bed.
