Description

A truly magnificent set of genuine 18th century mahogany dining chairs, comprising of 6 standard chairs and 2 carvers.

The timber use to make these chairs is of the finest quality that could possibly have been available in the 18th century, the weight alone tells of the quality.

For a set of chairs , that have been in use for over 200 years, they are in wonderful condition and almost 'as were made'.

They have 'drop in 'seats which could easily be re-upholstered for very little cost ( by our upholsterer) in a fabric of your choice. However the existing covers are in very good condition.

All 8 chairs stand strong and bold with no restoration, no woodworm and no breaks or weakness.

These chairs are generous in all proportions with depth and width of seat and height in the back.
