Unusual Antique Oak Hall Chair Attributed to Birch.

A strongly designed, English 19th century antique oak chair, made in oak and birch woods.

This uncommon antique hall chair has been attributed to William Birch an Arts & Crafts furniture designer who specialised in chair making.

The tapering pad foot legs are ring turned and splayed, this William Birch antique hall chair is a wonderful, original colour.
