Settle Bench Chair Victorian Carved Oak C1890

Description

Here we have a wonderful Victorian carved Oak settle or bench seat c1890. As you can see the settle has super colour and patina. The back has exquisite carving and a lovely rake so very comfortable. The side supports have fantastic mask detail to the top. The arms are beautifully shaped with chipped carved acanthus leaf decoration and turned supports. The solid oak seat has good colour and a thumb moulded edge. There is a chipped carved frieze beneath above another carved and shaped frieze. The legs are wonderfully turned as are the stretchers. A high quality decorative settle in excellent retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 44 inches high 42 wide and 19 deep.
