The chairs date from the late 19th Century, they are a classic spindle back design, with slight differences in the turnings of the back spindles they are very sturdy chairs they are very sound, the joints are all good, there is no woodworm or wobbling.
The chairs are 35" high at the back; the seats are 18" high and 14” across the front
