Description

Set of five Victorian heavily carved oak dining chairs. One carver armchair and four matching single chairs. All with original leather seats and backs, and having studded edges. One back leather inset needing repair, see last photograph.

Having barley twist uprights, carved top rail with winged figures. Raised on cabriole forelegs with joining heavily carved front stretcher.

This is an attractive set of heavily carved oak Jacobean style Victorian dining chairs. Circa 1860
