French Louis Xv Style Gilded Mirror

Description

A good quality gesso Louis XV style mirror.

The mirror still retains its original gilding and original plate glass.

A stunning mirror with gesso decoration to the top curved decoration to the top sides and curved leaf to the bottom.

The mirror does have a few slight foxing marks.

A large mirror, 1510mm tall x 970m wide

French Antique Warehouse has dated this piece to the 1910s.
