A 19th century antique armchair, nice proportions and being a good shapely frame.
The show wood is solid walnut, this has the original rich colour and finish.
The back legs are stamped by the maker, B.L.A. And numbered.
The front legs are ring turned and finish in the original brass and pot castors.
A good sized, very comfortable English antique armchair, with traditional upholstered innards, these are in good solid condition.
