Description

Here we have a superb Arts and crafts Mirror with original plate c1890. The mirror is in fantastic condition and looks as you can imagine stunning. The copper has lovely patination and very striking well worked decoration. There are styalised foliage between an internal and external hammered band. There are four cabachon Ruskin enamels with that typical sea blue and green colour. The enamels are housed in beautifully shaped plates with stud worked edging. A fantastic example of its type of great quality with lovely proportions ready for your home. The reverse is newspaper covered dating to 1896. Two feet or 24 inches in diameter.
