Italian Inlaid Chair

19th century
Description

Circa 1880, Italian cross framed walnut and bone inlaid chair. The back has a carved top and framed within it is an unusual figure of a cavalier made in wood, brass and ivory. The pattern on the chair is star like and geometric throughout. The chair has 5 supports each side which are curved and inlaid, and supported by a similar undercarriage of 5 legs which finish in a platform base. Very stylish, good colour and condition.

Size 98cm high x 64cm wide x 37.5cm deep.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
