Description

Lovely antique george 111 mahogany desk elbow chair in the hepplewhite style and dating from around 1780. It has a shaped and reeded top rail above three back splats with the centre splat having a pierced diamond design. It has beautifully shaped shepherds crook armrests above a drop in needlepoint seat pad and stands on slightly splayed reeded legs joined by squared stretchers.

Measures: 37" high X seat height 17" X 19" deep X 21" wide

A very nice georgian hepplewhite desk chair

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
