Antique Set Six Edwardian Mahogany Dining Chairs C1900 W6594/26.9

Description

Lovely set of six antique edwardian mahogany dining chairs dating from around 1900 in the georgian regency style. Constructed from quality mahogany they have a reeded top rail above vertical reeded backsplats carved to the top with turned spanderall to each corner. The two elbow chairs have shepherds crokk arms with reeded front supports and they all have drop in seat pads covered in a pale regency style fabric totally in keeping with the period. They stand on squared and tapering legs on a spade foot.

Each chair measures: 34" high X seat height 17" X 19" deep X 20" wide

Each elbow chair measures: 35" high X seat height 17" X 20" deep X 22" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
