The pierced ladder back carved with palmettes in scalloped and foliate moulding, over a hand studded stuff-over seat flanked by serpentine arms with scrolled terminals, raised on foliate carved square cabriole legs ending in scroll feet

Upholstered in silk damask by the Gainsborough silk company in Sherignham (a soft olive green).
