Every single antique dealer on our platform is individually approved by our internal team. We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.

This Arts and Crafts mirror dates from 1910 and is designed in the manner of Liberty and Company. The piece takes an octagonal shape with canted corners and consists of a pewter frame finished with a lightly planished texture and grey metallic colouration. Four decorative repoussé Celtic knot motifs sit within triangular panels at intervals around the border, framing an original circular bevelled glass mirror plate. The metal displays subtle surface marks and characteristic patination appropriate to its age. The frame measures 69 cm high, 73 cm wide, and 2 cm deep. In a modern interior, this mirror functions well as a decorative wall hanging in a hallway, living room, or bedroom. The Arts and Crafts aesthetic complements period properties as well as contemporary spaces seeking handcrafted metalwork details. Hanging hardware enables straightforward installation on a wall surface, bringing a reflective focal point and historical character to domestic settings.
