An original early 20th-century mahogany shop display cabinet, likely produced for use within a jeweller''s or tobacconist''s shop.
The cabinet features twin glass front doors and sides with two internal glass display shelves supported by original brass shelf brackets. one particular note to add are the elegant tapering side panels, which give the cabinet a clean architectural form while allowing excellent visibility of the displayed contents.
Crafted in solid mahogany with a rich warm patina developed over decades of use, the cabinet has a light fabric base designed to create a lovely backdrop for displayed items . The doors retain their decorative brass drop handle, adding a subtle period detail.
Equally suited for displaying jewellery, watches, silver, curiosities, or decorative objects within both residential and retail settings.
Please note that this cabinet has its original glass , some scratches present.
