An exceptionally fine dressing table top vanity mirror attributed to Gillows, circa 1825-1830. A transitions period piece from Regency to William 1V

The 59cm wide swing vanity mirror presents in excellent, original condition with a swing operated mirror with its heavy, mercury mirror plate, showing some gentle foxing to authenticate.
An elegant table top swing mirror of handsome proportions and colour. The swing mirror is on outswept, carved-scrolled supports which in turn attach to a vide poche or galleried, reeded platform tray.
