Large 19thc Carved Wooden Mirror

A highly decorative 19thc elaborately carved wooden mirror in a Rococo style, of very large proportion, with original gilding.

There are various carved foliage designs of acanthus spray cresting, flowers & scrolls that are used together to create this decorative piece.

The top has acanthus scrolls and a floral spray, the apron has an acanthus scrolled design.

The large glass is original & bevelled & it is quite unusual to find such a mirror of this size, in original condition.
