A matching pair of Chinese Jichimu horseshoe-back armchairs in the Ming style. Beautifully crafted in richly toned Jichimu (chicken-wing wood), each chair features the classic rounded horseshoe-shaped crest rail flowing seamlessly into the arms. The rectangular back splats are carved with circular medallions, and the seats are fitted with solid panels. Shaped aprons and well-proportioned legs complete the design, giving the pair a refined and balanced presence.
