A very well proportioned antique giltwood overmantel mirror dated 1882.

Retaining it's original gold leaf water gilding in wonderful overall condition.

Very well carved base decoration.

Original mirror plate with some lights foxing and which is also date stamped to the reverse " May 1882".

Original backing boards.

Sizes 134 cm tall, max width at base 132 cm, main frame width 110 cm.
