Each chair features an elegant shaped “balloon” back with finely carved scroll and foliate detailing to the central splat, showcasing classic Victorian craftsmanship. The frames have a rich warm tone with a lovely aged patina.
The serpentine seats are generously padded and traditionally upholstered in a soft green fabric, finished with deep buttoning and decorative gimp braid trim around the edges. The chairs stand on graceful cabriole front legs with swept rear supports, giving them a refined and balanced profile.
Sturdy and solid in construction, these chairs are both decorative and practical — ideal for use as dining chairs, occasional chairs, or bedroom seating.
