A finely crafted pair of French Louis XV–style bedside cabinets executed in richly figured walnut, each surmounted by a shaped reddish-brown marble top with molded edge.
The elegant serpentine cases each feature a single upper drawer above a cabinet door, the interior lined in white marble, and raised on slender cabriole legs joined by a shaped undertier shelf. The proportions are light and well balanced, characteristic of the refined Louis XV revival aesthetic.
The façades are decorated with geometric parquetry in walnut veneers, arranged in chevron and diamond patterns, and framed by softly scalloped aprons. The corners, legs, and upper angles are enriched with finely chased gilt-bronze (ormolu) mounts depicting scrolling foliage and classical masks, retaining an attractive warm patina. Original-style brass drawer pulls and escutcheons complete the design.
