Here we have a rare set of Irish Oak chairs from the Clogher Union workhouse c1870. All chairs are stamped under the seats CLOGHER UNION. As you can see the chairs have great colour and patina. This is a rare long set of 10 with curved broad top rails and bar backs. The chairs are solid Oak throughout with plank seats and squared and tapered legs with adjoining stretchers. Comfortable chairs with great provenance in retail condition ready for your home. The dimensions are approx 90 cm high 43 cm wide 40 cm deep.
