Intricately cast with gilt cherub and bronze birds to surmounting the clock
The waterfall feature works on a separate winding system with an on/ off switch

Henry Dasson (1825–1896) was a renowned French cabinetmaker and bronzier celebrated for his luxurious 19th-century furniture in the Louis XIV, XV, and XVI revival styles He was especially known for his exceptional gilt-bronze mounts and meticulous marquetry, often exhibited at international expositions such as the 1878 Paris Exposition Universelle.
