Fantastic quality antique George III lacquered and chinoiserie decorated longcase clock, having a quality brass arched dial, the arch with a name plate signed Jacob Ellry Rumsey surrounded by heavily ornate detailing, with a silvered chapter ring with Roman and Arabic numerals and the original ornate hands, having an eight day movement striking the hour and half hour on a bell, having the original weights, pendulum and key, in a superb quality lacquered case with stunning chinoiserie decoration throughout.
