Fine 18th Century Mahogany Gainsborough Library Armchair

A really good quality 18th Century Mahogany Library Armchair of generous proportions, remarkably retaining the original leather casters. A well drawn piece of superb colour, in good solid original condition throughout apart from the middle stretcher which is a later replacement. A beautiful example made from the finest quality Mahogany. The chair retains the original hight to the seat. circa 1760.
