French Antique Company has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Hugely imposing, tall, wide and deep early 19th century gilt leaner mirror.
The frame dates from the very early 1800s and was the frame to an oil painting in a manor house. This was removed at some stage and replaced with heavy glass.
It has its wonderful hand carved gilt wood frame with a huge amount of gorgeous ornate detail.
It looks incredible as a freestanding leaner mirror or could be hung from a solid brick wall.
