Victorian Walnut Inlaid Jewellery Box 30cm C1880

Description

Victorian walnut inlaid jewellery box, excellent condition 30cm wide x 23 deep x 15 high and dating from c 1860.

Wide band of inlay of different woods across the top and front and with a diamond shaped inlaid cartouche to the top and inlaid escutcheon.

We have relined the inner tray in green velvet and also the inner lid and the base.

It comes complete with key and has no faults, absolutely ready to be used.

Ideal for jewellery, or as a document box on a desk or a hall table.
