Description

A Regency Mahogany Scroll Arm Elbow, Desk or Reading Chair, Hessian Seat C1820.

A fine quality Regency scroll arm elbow or reading chair of elegant proportions and exquisite design, featuring elements traditional of the period and hints towards the Trafalgar chair.

A deep and wide seat makes this an ideal desk or reading chair, with workshop quality construction, extended scroll arms with rope twist front supports and an exuberant sabre swept rear legs. The seat has been professionally prepared in hessian and horse hair, immediately ready for upholstery.

We are presently selling the chair as it is but, we may end listing and consign to our workshop to have the seat covered in leather but until then, available.
