Antique Early Victorian Mahogany Rocking Armchair C1840 W6388/1.5

Description

Lovely antique early victorian mahogany framed and upholstered rocking chair and dating from around 1840. It has a quality moulded mahogany frame with deep upholstered backrest and seat covered in a very pale pastel pink damask and with beautifully curved and reeded armrests sweeping down to form the rocking supports.

Measures: 37" high X seat height 16" X 34" deep X 21" wide

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour and patination to the mahogany oozing all the charm and character of the period.
