Antique Victorian Walnut Inlaid Salon Library Armchair W6385/26.4

Description

Lovely antique victorian walnut and inlaid framed salon armchair and dating from aorund 1880. It has a shaped top rail with ebony & satinwood inlaid panel and inlaid spanderalls to each end above a turned support and deep buttoned upholstered backrest and upholstered elbow rests on shaped front supports with ebony & satinwood inlaid panels and deep stuff over seat standing on turned legs on original castors.

Covered in a neutral quality velvet fabric.

Measures: 37" high X seat height 15.5" X 31" deep X 28" wide

In very good condition being sound and solid with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality walnut and oozing the charm and character of the period.
